Importer of Record (IOR)

Our IOR Shipping Instruction Process, requirement

1. Send Information request Form, includes:

  • Profoma/ Shipping Invoice.
  • Packing List
  • Datasheet/Technical specification
  • A set of pictures shows the information product label.

2. Receive, access, process file .

3. Classification goods. Announce the shipping requirement, quotation and the schedule of estimate full routing time.

4.  Pre-inspection require (if any).

5.  Perform Customs Clearances.

6.  Inform the status update through the entire process and POD on each shipment.
