Please be informed that the Telecom Metrology and Quality Center of Vietnam (TQC) has updated its fee structure for Type Approval Certificates.
As per Decision No. 213/QĐ-TTĐLCL, effective from November 1st, 2024, the application fee for Type Approval Certificates has been increased.
Therefore, for any submissions currently undergoing type approval, please note that the applicable fees will be updated accordingly.

Thông báo về việc triển khai thủ tục hành chính xác nhận đăng ký kiểm tra chất lượng hàng hóa nhập khẩu qua Cổng dịch vụ công TRỰC TUYẾN CỦA BỘ THÔNG TIN TRUYỀN THÔNG.
Thực hiện chỉ đạo của Thủ tướng chính phủ tại chỉ thị 27/CT-TTg ngày 27/10/2023: yêu cầu 100% hồ sơ thủ tục hành chính phải được tiếp nhận, giải quyết trên hệ thống thông tin giải quyết thủ tục hành chính.
Thực hiện chỉ đạo của Cục trưởng Cục Viễn Thông tại quyết địnhsố 237/QD-CVT ngày 23/7/2024: Chính thức cung cấp toàn bộ các thủ tục hành chính của Cục Viễn Thông trên cổng dịch vụ công trực tuyến của Bộ thông tin và truyền thông.
Cục Viễn thông thông báo bắt đầu triển khai nộp hồ sơ thủ tục xác nhận đăng ký kiểm tra chất lượng hàng hóa nhập khẩu qua Cổng dịch vụ công trực tuyến của bộ thông tin và truyền thông từ ngày 06/8/2024.
Các bước triển khai đối với doanh nghiệp:
• Nộp hồ sơ online qua cổng dịch vụ công của Bộ Thông tin và Truyền thông.
• Nộp bản đăng ký kiểm tra tại Cục Viễn thông.
Một số lưu ý khi triển khai:
Đối với các thiếtbị có chức năng Wi-Fi 6E và Wi-Fi 7 (băng tần 5925-7125 MHz) chỉ có thể đạt yêu cầu tuân thủ nếu nhà sản xuất đã đưa ra cam kết bằng văn bản về việc tắt băng tần 6 GHz và người dùng không thể tự kích hoạt băng tần.

On March 29,2024,the Ministry of Communications and Media (MIC) of Vietnam issued CircularNo.02/2024/TT-BTTTT to publish the list of ICT equipment that must be certified(CoC) and declared qualified (SDoC), which will take effect on May 15,2024.Certificates of Conformity issued between 15 July 2023 and 14 May 2024will continue to be valid until the expiration date. However, from July 1,2025, in addition to the criteria that have already been certified for conformity, products must be additionally certified and declared conformity according to the criteria in Circular No.02/2024/TT-BTTTT.
Testing of most products (except wireless access points) under extreme conditions will continue to be discontinued until June 30, 2025. Vietnam's MIC is recently reviewing the QCVN standard, including testing under extreme conditions, for subsequent republication.
Imported laptops, tablets and PCs and other specific types of goods for self-use will be exempted from certification of conformity and declaration of conformity if there are no more than 3 items per batch.
Until May 15, 2024,manufacturers and importers can choose the original Circular 04/2023/TT-BTTTT and Circular10/2023/TT-BTTTT or make a declaration of conformity, a certificate of Conformity in accordance with the Circular, or the new Circular 04/2024/TT-BTTTT.
New standards QCVN117:2023/BTTTT,QCVN 55:2023/BTTTT, QCVN 110:2023/BTTTT, QCVN 111:2023/BTTTT are enabled. Non-mobile phone terminal products will no longer be allowed to support only 2G and 3G, and the validity period of the original certificate will not exceed June 30, 2024;Devices with Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7capabilities(bands 5925-7125 MHz) can only claim compliance if the manufacturer has made a written commitment to turn off the 6 GHz band and the user is unable to activate the band on their own.
